Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions that matter most.

Is CompanyHub free?

Yes. Free stays free forever for up to 5 users, with 1 GB of storage, 50 knowledge documents and 50 AI questions per month. Business costs €27,99 per company per month plus €8,99 per user, and that rate drops to €7,99 from 101 users, €6,99 from 151 and €5,99 from 201. If you want a ticket system alongside it, €2,50 per user per month is added on top. No VAT is added: we apply the small business exemption. Enterprise gets a tailored price.

How do our employees sign in?

With their Microsoft work account. They land automatically in the environment of their own company, and there is no separate password to manage or forget.

Do we have to use the ticket system?

No. CompanyHub is first of all an AI helpdesk on your own company knowledge. The ticket system is a module you switch on if you want to follow up on reports. Leave it off and you see nothing of it anywhere and pay nothing for it. You can always switch it on or off later.

Does AI create tickets by itself?

No. At most, AI writes a proposal. The employee reads it, changes what they want and clicks “Create ticket” themselves. Without that click, nothing happens. If you do not use the ticket system, nothing is proposed either.

What happens with our data?

Per question, only that question goes to the AI provider, along with the pieces of company information that fit it. Not your whole knowledge base, and no names or email addresses. That data is not used to train models. If you want nothing to leave at all, choose a model you host yourself.

Do companies stay strictly separated?

Yes. Every organisation has its own walled-off environment. That separation sits in the database itself, so even a bug in the application cannot surface another company’s data.

Can we connect SharePoint?

Yes, site by site. The permissions from SharePoint keep applying: a document that is not open to everyone there will not turn up in an AI answer here either.

What does AI do when it does not know the answer?

It says so, instead of making something up, and offers to turn it into a ticket. The question also lands on a list for the administrator: that is exactly where the knowledge base is still missing a document.

How do I put CompanyHub on my phone as an app?

On Android: open app.companyhub.app in Chrome. An “Install” prompt appears at the bottom; tap it. If it does not appear, tap the three-dot menu at the top right and choose “Add to home screen” or “Install app”. On iPhone and iPad: open app.companyhub.app in Safari, tap the share button (the square with the upward arrow) and choose “Add to Home Screen”. Either way you get an icon on your home screen, and CompanyHub then opens like an ordinary app.

Can we stop and take our data with us?

Yes. You can cancel at any time, and an administrator exports all tickets to a file that opens straight in Excel. Your data is yours and stays that way.
